Doing business and getting things done in Japan is never an easy feat for foreign businesses and organizations, but for those involved in activities around the 2020 Olympic and Paralympic Games, the circumstances were particularly challenging. The extension of the games and the myriad of covid19 related measures thwarted many business plans, and without agility and resourcefulness, success was difficult to obtain.
