Beginning of this year Frank Schulz Human Capital Consulting K.K. joined the Netherlands Chamber of Commerce in Japan as Associate Member.
The firm offers Executive Search services to European and domestic companies in Japan. Its owner Frank Schulz has embarked on his executive search career in 1999 when he joined Deloitte & Touche in Duesseldorf/Germany. In 2003 he joined Transearch International K.K. in Japan, and end of 2006 Kienbaum Japan K.K. both located in Tokyo. With the latter one he was a member of the Chamber until 2011. Since 2013 he owns Frank Schulz Human Capital Consulting K.K. Having a generalist approach several industries are covered and candidates out of middle, senior and executive management are introduced on retainer base. Additional Assessment Centers, Outplacement, Interim Management, Career Counseling, and Mediation services are offered to corporate and individual clients.
