You have been invited to participate in this questionnaire about gender balance from DSM. We greatly appreciate your willingness to participate and your effort. We hope to be able to develop a benchmark about the gender balance in organizations in Japan.

The questionnaire does not ask to specify which organization you work for and takes between 5-10 minutes to finish. At the end of the questionnaire you are asked to leave an e-mail address. If you do, we will send the results to that address and you can use this data. Your e-mail address will not be shared with others and is deleted after sending the report. Feel free to share this questionnaire with other organizations. We expect to share the results of this questionnaire in March 2020.
