Panel Discussion "Dispute Resolution in the Age of the Japan – EU EPA" on July 12

Panel discussion event “Dispute Resolution in the Age of the Japan – EU EPA”, will be held on July 12, organized by Roppongi Bar Association.  The newly enacted Japan EU Economic Partnership Agreement will alter the way in which disputes are resolved between Japanese and European parties.  The panel will address issues related to both Commercial and Investment disputes.
