New Members Quint Wellington Redwood

“I am Rene Hagen and global COO of Quint Wellington Redwood Group. I am based in USA, and manage the all internal worldwide operations. I put things together and look at our internal processes.”

By Quint Wellington Redwood’s having offices in 18 countries and being 18 years old, we can say the company is “18? based. The core of our business is consulting and education. Here in Japan the ratio is 50/50. The head office is in the Netherlands and there its focus is more on education. “Japan is not so difficult market but need different approach, that is why, we hired Jean-Luc Creepy six months ago. He lives here in Japan and can communicate easily with the head office.” We want knowledge transfer back to the head office. It took some adjustment of Jean-Luc due to the loose way of working we have in the Netherlands. For Jean-Luc, it is the first time that he works for an European company. Basically every county has its ins and outs. We can not send Dutch personnel to Japan because they would use the Dutch (direct) approach to the Japanese clients and that would not work. You have to make the client himself/herself  the hero of the change process.
