The name Ritz-Carlton is synonymous with luxury and fine service. From the end of March 2007, the Ritz-Carlton will open in Tokyo on the uppermost floors of the main tower at Tokyo Midtown. The General Manager will be Ricco deBlank who for the past three years has been responsible for the Ritz-Carlton in Osaka and has a total of 16 years experience in Ritz-Carlton properties all over the world.
